New Operator
Duration: 4–5 days

Perfect for those with little or no forklift experience. This course builds a solid foundation in safe operation, hazard awareness, and best practice, covering everything needed to pass the RTITB assessment.

- Pre-use inspections and safety checks
- Safe manoeuvring, stacking, and de-stacking
- Load handling and stability
- Working in confined spaces
- Practical exercises in a realistic environment

Skill Transfer
Duration: up to 3 days

Ideal for operators with documented experience on other lift trucks. This course recognises prior training and certification, then builds on that foundation to transition their skills safely and confidently to forklift operation, preparing them for the RTITB assessment.

Certification
Learners who successfully complete the course receive RTITB-accredited certification, recognised across the industry. Certificates are valid for 3 years, after which a refresher is recommended
